Coverage Overview

Wide range of coverage amounts: Choose any amount you need, from $100,000 to $2,000,000 in $10,000 increments.
Discounted rates for non-smokers: If you haven’t used nicotine in the last 12 months, you may qualify for a Non-Smoker premium.
Spouse/domestic partner and dependent coverage available: Apply for up to $1,000,000 for your spouse/domestic partner and either $5,000 or $10,000 for your eligible dependent.
Accelerated death benefit included: Withdraw up to 50% of your death benefit before your passing if you are diagnosed with a terminal illness.*
Optional Chronic Care Rider (Chronic Illness Rider): You could receive financial help while you’re still living to help mitigate the costs related to a qualifying chronic illness, such as in-home care, transportation, and medical supplies.
Optional Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage: You can apply for up to $200,000 of coverage for yourself and up to $100,000 for your spouse/domestic partner.
