Member Basic Protection Package

The AVMA LIFE Trust Basic Protection Package includes:

• Long-Term Disability Insurance: Helps protect your income if a covered illness or injury leaves you unable to work. A minimum purchase of $1,000 is required for the package
• Decreasing Group Term Life Insurance: Provides financial help to your loved ones if you pass away. The benefit is highest in your younger years—the years your survivors may need it the most
• Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance: Helps protect against the financial impact of a serious accident, including an accidental death or a dismembering injury
• Rabies Prophylaxis Benefit: Helps cover the cost of rabies prophylaxis either before or after exposure
